Our Client is a leading manufacturer of rotating equipments and
supplier of turbomachinery services for the oil and gas, refining,
LNG, petrochemical and other process and power applications.
We are seeking a well experienced training engineer with an indeep
technical background capable to develop and run the Client's training
activities and the training centre.
This position report to the "Field Operation Manager".

Aufgabengebiet
|
The Training Engineer has overall responsibility for the technical
training of client personnel and delegates from client customers. Main
duties are:
- Coordination of all training issues within the company and managers.
- Provision of theoretical and practical training for client personnel.
- Provision of customer training for maintenance and operational personnel on steam turbines, centrifugal compressors and associated equipment.
- Definition, development and coordination of training programs for client employees and customers.
- Promotion and selling training service to customers.
- Training of field service personnel in order to keep them updated on new developments.
- overall
responsibility for the training centre including HSE matters, expense
control, maintenance of installed plant and equipment used for training
purposes.

Anforderungsprofil
|
The ideal candidate shall meet the following requirements:
- Bsc in Mechanical
- at least 3 years experiences as Technical Trainer of rotating equipments
- Field service experience of rotating equipments (turbines, compressors and pumps) is a must.
- Multi-lingual and a flexible outlook to cope with ever changing requirements.
- Must be willing to travel to remote locations around the world such as desert camps and into developing countries.
