Aufgabengebiet
|
The Technical Support Service Engineer shall:
- liaise closely with the Field Service Manager in order to plan, perform and direct service projects and related activities.
- handle and coordinate the technical services issues and resolves warranty related matters.
- Provide specific training to new and experienced employees as well as agents and customers.
- initiate action and organise proper feedback to technical service
and sales engineers resulting from the review of field service reports
and customer feedback.
- Direct, control, train and develop service engineers / representatives working in the field (worldwide).
- Provides back up on technical and contractual aspects for field
personnel, repair shop engineers, service parts coordinators and
customers as required.
- manage, with Field Service Manager, customer, technical service and sales trouble and warranty jobs.
- Acts as a consultant to our multi national customers and mostly as a sole representative of client.

Anforderungsprofil
|
The ideal candidate shall have
- Mechanical engineering degree with at least 3 years field service experience or at least 10 years field service experience.
- Capability to manage all administrative aspects of the position.
Supervisory skills are needed in order to lead successfull
engineers/representatives assigned.
- Multi-lingual and flexible minded to cope with ever changing requirements.
- willing to work in camps and platforms and in third world countries.
