Our client is a global leader in equipment and services for power
generation.
The Client is responsible to supervise a local contractor for the
erection works of a Flue Gas
Desulphurisation system for a Power Plant located in Romania.
For this position, we are seeking an experienced candidate for the
position of Site QA/QC Manager. |

Aufgabengebiet
|
- Support to the site management in the planning and documenting its
work in accordance with their assignments and pertinent procedures,
taking into account all local regulations, including the Site specific
Quality Execution plan Project Site Program.
- Working together with the offices responsible to ensure that all
local contracts from the site are awarded only to demonstrably qualified
suppliers and/or that appropriate preventive actions are taken to
eliminate weak points.
- Working together with the Document Controller to ensure that the
administration of the documents is properly organised and handled.
- Working together with the Site Management to ensure that the
material handling manager, the assembly and commissioning staff
responsible to check all incoming shipments for damage in transit and
completeness of shipment are in compliance with procedures, rules and
regulations.
- Checking the contractors plans and associated procedures for their
work at the Site and acting via the Site Manager, advising any
corrections required.
- Monitoring and ensure that the inspection and testing during
assembly and commissioning are conducted, documented, checked, approved,
and documented as prescribed in the Plans and the Programs. Ensuring
also that the testing status is readily identifiable.
- Acting according to agreement with the Site Management in
organizing and supervising acceptance testing and/or approval by
customers and governmental authorities.

Anforderungsprofil
|
- University degree in Engineering (comparable with Bachelor degree)
or several years experience in equivalent position.
- Have appropriate certificates in Welding inspection and NDT.
- Good Knowledge of the requirements of QMS and ISO
- Appropriate computer skills
- Knowledge of English ist a must
