cold commissioning:

• Verify installation according P&ID
• Signal check from field to DCS
• Function check of equipment (rotation check,…)
• Adjustment of equipment (switches, valves, transmitters,…)
• Protection checks
• Initial start-up of system and operation checks

hot commissioning:

• Steam dumping or Steam blow
• 1^st steam by-pass operation
• Run-up of Steam Turbine
• Base load adjustments
• Plant / equipment transient testing (start-up, shut down, load variations)
• Dynamic testing (load rejections, equipment trips, stand-by equipment,…)
• Performance Test
• Reliability Run

• 5+ Years of experience in Power Plant
• Graduate engineer
• English Fluent
• EU Work Permit holder
