The essential duties are:
Responsibility for the accounting, finance and administration of
the Branch
Office;
Responsibility for the
preparation and accuracy of the statutory financial statements and
reportings to
the corporate office in Italy.
Preparation
of the Monthly financial reports to Corporate;
Preparation of Branch balance
sheet analysis;
Local tax compliances;
Liaison with tax authorities
and auditors;
Responsibility for the cash
and treasury management of the Branch;
Financial planning, cash Flow
analysis and associated currency risk management;
Budgeting and control;
Implementation of policies and
procedures for the accounting, finance and administration.
Anforderungsprofil
Previous working experience in Libya is a great advantage;
Knowledge of accounting and Finance Management of construction contracts (both client and subcontractors' contracts);
International taxation
principles.
Good english spoken and written is a must, Italian knowledge a plus
