Ensure the final Commissioning phase and start up Operations of TR 1&2 are conducted in safe and effective manner whist meeting the Company targets.

• Preparing in conjunction with Start-Up Manager and Commissioning Manager the start up sequence for (specify systems and equipment types).

• Carry out the process verification to support the start up procedures.

• Assist in manning, in conjunction with the Start-Up Manager,  a competent Integrated Commissioning and Start up team.

• Establish in conjunction with the Commissioning Manager and Start-Up Manager Vendors support requirements during initial operations.

• Prepare the individual units start up procedures.

• Assist in developing OJT Strategy & Plan within ICT for gradual exposure of Kazakh staff.

• Engineering degree or similar.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Minimum 15 years of Oil and Gas industry.

• Track record as a senior position within Operations organisation during start up of  similar sour Hydrocarbons treatment Plants.
