Job description
To monitor, supervise and administer the piping activities associated with
the fabrication and construction of EP Clusters Topside modules according to the schedule and Contractor
procedures and to
the highest HSE standards.
Monitoring and supervising the piping fabrication
activities carried out by the module fabricator.
Monitor
the quality and progress of the work scope and adherence to company and
contractor procedures.
Ensuring that the piping fabrication and
assembly activities are carried out to the schedule and highest HSE standards.
Providing
weekly progress reports to EPC Topsides Construction Manager.
Participating
in fabrication and safety reviews for piping fabrication and assembly works.
Providing
technical support to the project on piping fabrication, installation,
commissioning and Hook up.
Contributing to EP Offshore
improvement process and close-out report.
Ensuring
the issuance of appropriate documentation for installation works e.g. requests,
permits, isolations, etc.
Co-ordinating
closely with all interfaces associated with the EP Clusters Piping.
Provide
input re: operability issue associated with piping layouts, in particular low
points, venting, testing, etc.
Work
closely with QA/QC testing and company O&M group.
Requirements
Engineering technical qualification, Minimum
HND or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years experience in Topside piping
fabrication and site representation.
Familiarity with piping design and welding
codes.
Familiarity with piping 3D CAD and piping stress
software models.
