Job description
To monitor, supervise
and administer the construction activities relating to the civil and structural
activities of topside projects including foundations, ice protection structures
and land based pipelines.
Reviewing
work packs for constructability.
Monitoring
and supervising the construction activities, carried out by local and
international contractors.
Ensuring
the construction activities are carried out to the highest HSE standards.
Assisting in supervising, inspection and
quality of local contractors during construction and installation.
Ensuring construction and Installations
conform with all standards.
Providing
technical support related to design and specifications.
Actively
developing the capabilities of the local and regional construction contractors
with particular emphasis on HSE and Quality.
Coordinating
the compilation of Handover documentation with Permitting authorities.
Developing
and training of local and Kazakh Staff.
Requirements
Must hold an Engineering
Qualification, Minimum HND in Civils or
Structural Disciplines or equivalent.
At least 15 years
work experience in a supervisory capacity in Civil or Structural construction.
Experience on
international site construction activities is essential.
Previous experience
working in an International Company would be an advantage.
