Job description
To manage all support
engineering to support operations associated with the start up of the offshore
facilities ensuring that operability and outputs quality are achieved according
to budget in a safe/ environmental and cost.
Initially, preparing procedures and Engineering activities in
preparation for Offshore start up operation activities.
Visit to offshore construction Sites.
Interface with Integrated Commissioning and Acceptance Team (ICAT).
Ensuring that the offshore production start up operations activities
requirements are implemented according to Start Up Execution plan.
Ensure the technical quality and accuracy of all work performed by personnel under his/her supervision.
Supporting the development and implement reporting procedures for plant
units production data and operating conditions parameters.
Coordinating the execution of the production start up operation
activities among all the plant units, (process plant, utilities and off-sites),
and ensure that they are carried out in a safe/environmental and cost effective
way.
Establishing production start up operations requirements and input these
requirements to Start Up Execution plans.
Establishing the requirements of specific training programmes for
upgrading the skill of national Kazakhs.
Promoting a positive approach to safety in all aspects of Production
Operations.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in
appropriate technical discipline.
Minimum 15 years
experience in processing plant operations in Oil and Gas Industry to have
included:
knowledge and
experience of Production Operations particularly in DCS instrumentation, Crude
oil and Gas processing (Production/injection wells, Crude oil separation, Wells
testing, Dehydration, Absorbers/regeneration, Power Station, Utilities, Gas
compression, Flow-lines and trunk pipelines) and related systems;
knowledge and
experience in operating plant machinery and associated systems;
knowledge of
preventive/predictive maintenance techniques management;
knowledge and
experience in ER operations;
SIMOPS management.
Knowledge of local and international codes and regulations regarding
plant operation activities.
Computer literate.
Fluent written and
spoken English.
