Responsible to set  up a data base system (electronic data base) to ensure full traceability  of information included inside MRB’s, Construction Dossiers, RoK Dossiers and MC dossiers. Support of the whole hook up completions team in all the data management issues including  possible synergies with the Facilities Data Base.

• Providing support to Hook–up Completions team by ensuring data management traceability.

• Assemble a  data base to ensure information consistency and alignment from  Construction dossier/MRBs including traceability to all records and certification issues.

• Liaise with the ACS/Completions team to ensure data management is fully aligned with the Completion system.

• Provide information, in a timely manner, as requested by the to Hook–up Completions team  for all the hand over issues.

• Ensure all possible synergies with  the Facilities Data Base including Construction dossiers/ MRBs treacability.

• Providing ‘in-house’ training to the hook-up completion team.

• Provide site reprographics facilities as requested  for all the handover/completion needs.

• 5 years experience working within an engineering, documentation and data management  within offshore projects environment .

• Previous site experience would be an advantage.

• Proven experience with automated completion systems and completion process.

• Experience of working in an international company.

Advantageous Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience with IMIS or Documentum.
