Job description
Coordinate a team of client QA/QC or QC
engineers and Inspectors dedicated to ensure
Construction Dossiers and MRBs are consistent with the project hand over process
within the Hook up completions team reasponsability.
Develop and
maintain the QA/QC monitoring process/system to ensure that the Execution
Contractor have performed QA/QC Activities in compliance with Contract
Requirements.
Identify and arrange client audits to ensure traceability
and consistency of the required certification where required.
Review client Inspectors deliverables, analyse
and resolve issues and problems emerging during the Quality Control activity.
Ensure that all inspections and tests witnessed by client Inspectors are recorded
and documented and that NDE reports are reviewed and signed.
Develop a traceability system together with
the data management coordinator to ensure availability of certification
included in the Construction dossiers and MRBs for the hand over process.
Review and approve Execution Contractor’s
QA/QC Documentation/ Construction Dossiers/MRBs for a structured handover to
Commissioning team.
Review records of internal and external
Audits performed by the Execution Contractor.
Review
Execution Contractor’s Purchase
Orders to verify if the Contractual
QA/QC requirements have been included in Purchase Orders.
Review Inspection and Test Plans to verify
that Execution Contractor is performing all required inspections and witnessing
all required tests and add witness and hold points for client Inspection.
Review inspection reports and records of Quality Control carried out by Execution
Contractor on completed and running Purchase Orders.
Requirements
Education to HND
level in an Engineering discipline
or equivalent.
10 years experience
in a QA/QC role in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Experience in operating electronic QC Monitoring systems.
