For a leading construction company of infrastructures, we are seeking an Administration and Finance Manager.

Job description
The essential duties are:
  • Responsibility for the accounting, finance and administration of the Branch Office;
  • Responsibility for the preparation and accuracy of the statutory financial statements and reportings to the corporate office in Italy.
  • Preparation of the Monthly financial reports to Corporate;
  • Preparation of Branch balance sheet analysis;
  • Local tax compliances;
  • Liaison with tax authorities and auditors;
  • Responsibility for the cash and treasury management of the Branch;
  • Financial planning, cash Flow analysis and associated currency risk management;
  • Budgeting and control;
  • Implementation of policies and procedures for the accounting, finance and administration.

Requirements
  • Previous working experience in Libya is a great advantage;
  • Knowledge of accounting and Finance Management of construction contracts (both client and subcontractors' contracts);
  • International taxation principles.
  • Good english spoken and written is a must, Italian knowledge a plus
