Job description
Working as part of the
DHR team, to deliver theoretical and practical training to
Training Special Project trainees and to provide overall technical support on
technical training issues.
Provision
of periodical reports relevant the training activity delivered.
Provision
of a systematic and periodical didactic supports technical feedback.
Provision of technical advices as discipline expert, whenever
required.
Applying
all safe working procedures at all times, particularly within workshop
environment.
Liaising with the Workshop Coordinator to ensure readiness
of equipment and consumable for practical training.
Participate to trainees’ assessment.
Ensuring that training is delivered as per set of didactic
supports provided and to a professional standard.
Ensuring good housekeeping of classrooms and workshops, in
liaison with Training Centre Coordinator.
Requirements
A recognized diploma/degree according the discipline
required for the training delivery.
A seasoned training professional with a recognised training
qualification.
At least 10 years of experience in training activities,
including OJT.
Ai Assessor and preferably V1 Verifier formal qualification.
Wide experience in Oil & Gas Process Industry to include
Power Station Operations.
