The ideal candidate should:

• be capable to develop independently the specifications, data sheets, purchase requisitions, evaluation of vendor offers, etc. for all architectural items associated with the above mentioned offshore building modules.
  

• have several years experience in developing Front end engineering design packages.

• be well versed in the relevant offshore industry codes and standards like SOLAS, NORSOK etc. as applicable to offshore building module architectural design. Though primarily a detailed design and engineering job, the candidate is expected to have some relevant construction related experience in the offshore industry.

• be a team player working closely in association with other discipline engineers like structural, electrical, and safety and HVAC engineers in developing the designs for the offshore building modules.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering in a related discipline
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in offshore oil and Gas industry working as a design engineer responsible for detailed architectural design of offshore building modules, living quarters , control cabins, Local equipment rooms etc
• Should be well versed in the relevant offshore industry codes and standards like SOLAS, NORSOK etc as applicable to offshore building module architectural design
